CD Cupped Head Weld Pins are capacitor-discharge insulation weld pins designed for attaching blanket insulation to ducts, boilers, ovens, tanks, and hot or cold-process equipment.

Unlike conventional weld pins, the insulation is positioned first, the cupped head pin is pushed through the insulation, and then welded directly to the base material. This installation method provides fast, reliable insulation retention while minimizing exposed fastening hardware.
