A single charge delivers up to 400 welds at M6 / 1/4" capacity, which is enough for a full shift of CD stud welding work without returning to an outlet. The LiNiCoAlO2 battery lasts for a minimum of 400 charge cycles, retaining approximately 60% of its initial capacity even after 800 cycles.

Pre-Stored Weld Parameters

Quick-access buttons on the front panel call up pre-stored voltage settings for each CD weld stud size. No manual voltage search, no setup time lost between stud diameters; select the size, press trigger, weld.

Stepless Voltage Regulation

Charging voltage adjusts continuously from 50 to 100 V across the welding range. This gives operators precise control over weld energy for both steel and aluminum CD welding studs without fixed voltage steps that can leave weld quality off-target.
