Automated Welding Solutions

Our portfolio of automated welding machines is organized across four segments, each serving a distinct function in the automation welding chain. Identify your role in the series, then select the matched unit for your weld diameter and process type.

Power Supply

CD and ARC power supplies for continuous automation duty. Includes CDi 1502, CDMi 2402, CDMi 3202, and IT 90, delivering consistent weld energy for high-volume automated production.

Weld Head

KAH 612, KAH 412 LA, and KAH 412 automation weld heads support CD, ARC, and short-cycle welding. Designed for direct integration with CDi, CDMi, and IT 90 power supplies.

Weld Gun

The PAH-1 automation weld gun provides a compact solution for CD and short-cycle stud welding up to 5/16", offering flexible installation where weld heads are not practical.

Automation Accessories

VBZ-3 stud feeders, ground clamps, sensors, and single-stud feeding systems provide everything required to complete a fully automated stud welding cell.

Which Is Right for Your Application?

Selecting the correct automated welding systems and accessories depends on the stud process type, weld diameter, integration environment, and production rate. Match your power supply to your weld head, then add the appropriate stud feeder and accessories for a complete cell.

Our team has configured hundreds of automated welding systems, from simple CD single-station lines to multi-axis ARC robotic integrations. Tell us your stud diameter, process type, and cycle rate, and we'll specify the right system.
